PHASE 1
Concept & Design
We develop the full design concept through walkthroughs, measurements, design research, space planning, 3D modeling, renderings, and presentation materials to finalize the overall design direction.
PHASE 2:
Documentation, Estimates & Bids
We refine the approved design into detailed drawings for contractor pricing and coordination, review estimates, manage material sourcing, and organize procurement items.
PHASE 3:
Construction Period
We work closely with the build team to oversee progress, manage schedules, coordinate procurement, and maintain design intent during construction.
PHASE 4:
Finishing & Installation
We curate, purchase, and install furniture and accessories to complete the space.
