This 2,500 square foot Flex Space was designed for Gracie University as a highly adaptable environment that can be reconfigured to support anywhere from 10 to 200 people. The room functions just as easily as an employee lounge, training room, or large event space. Mobile plant partitions and flip-top training tables allow the layout to shift quickly, creating endless configuration options without sacrificing flow or comfort.

Enhanced audio, video, and lighting were integrated to support both everyday use and larger gatherings. The space features a wireless PA system, rotatable TVs for flexible viewing orientations, and easy-to-use integrated plug-in ports for seamless presentations. Custom LED lighting, artwork, and historical imagery were layered throughout to reinforce brand identity while keeping the overall feel clean, modern, and intentional.
