Residential Garage Conversion
Club Guapo started as a garage-turned-mancave that no longer suited the client’s evolving needs. The homeowners aimed to transform the 400-square-foot space into a versatile area that could serve as a living room, entertainment space, and office, all while solving storage challenges. The vision included a fully equipped bar, an entertainment area, and a workspace, all within a compact footprint.

Redesigning the space required a thoughtful balance between the distinct styles of the husband and wife, both of whom envisioned an upscale design that captured a beachy, coastal vibe.
The final design blended their shared vision with a series of functional, stylish features. The tile we selected creates a soothing atmosphere that evokes the feeling of sand and ocean. Creative storage solutions were incorporated throughout to maximize space and organization. A full bar with LED lighting along with custom walnut furniture create a modern and inviting ambiance. The expanded bifold window, Dutch door, and full-view garage door open up the space to the outdoors, offering improved natural light and ventilation. Club Guapo is now a stylish, multifunctional space that seamlessly blends form and function, maximizing the potential of a compact garage with thoughtful design.
